I have spent the last 12 years building my career as a sales consultant at Landers Kia of Little Rock, and I take pride in the journey that brought me here. My background in high school football and basketball taught me the value of discipline, hard work, and the importance of being a team player. These early lessons in sports shaped the professional I am today, and I apply that same competitive spirit to my work every day. Over the past decade, I have grown from a new salesman into a senior sales consultant. Earning recognition as Salesman of the Month and Salesman of the Year has been rewarding, but my focus remains on the people I serve. I believe the best way to succeed in this business is to be honest, friendly, and genuinely invested in each customer. I enjoy taking the time to truly get to know the people I work with, listening to their specific needs and wants to ensure they walk away with the best experience possible. As a veteran leader on the floor, I now make it a priority to mentor the younger salesmen joining our team. I teach them that this industry is about more than just numbers; it is about putting the customer first and refusing to give up, no matter how challenging the situation. I am grateful for the life I have built with my four children, who keep me grounded and motivated.
